Description

No 12 Lake Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of yellow brick with a tiled roof. It features a panelled cornice supported by paired brackets. The building has three storeys and three sash windows with glazing bars set in reveals beneath red brick flat arches. To the left, there is a 12-panel, two-fold door located under an elliptical red brick arch that leads to a carriageway. On the right side, there is a six-panel door, four of which are glazed, accompanied by a rectangular fanlight and situated beneath a Doric porch.
