Description

Home Close Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from 1708, as indicated by the datestone on the south gable end. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features an old clay tile roof with stone cable coping. It stands two storeys high and has two modern casements on both floors. The central doorway is topped by a 19th-century cut bracketed gabled doorhood. There is also a modern two-storey extension on the right-hand side.
