Description

3 Church Road is an 18th-century house constructed from coursed rubble and featuring a steeply pitched roof of old clay tiles. The house is two storeys high with an attic space, and includes two box dormers. Modern casement windows are present on each floor, all set beneath timber lintels.

Adjoining the main house on the left is a single-storey outbuilding, now incorporated into the house's living space. This outbuilding is also of coursed rubble with an old clay tile roof. Originally, there was an archway on the right-hand side of the outbuilding; this has been blocked with brick and replaced with a new doorway and window.
