Description

Pear Tree Farmhouse is an 18th-century house constructed from coursed rubble stone with an old tile roof and flanking brick stacks. It has an L-shaped plan, stands two storeys tall with an attic, and features three bays. The front has paired 20th-century casement windows with stone voussoir heads, and there is a 20th-century door located in the left-hand gable end. The rear wing contains altered casements with brick heads.
