Description
Quinton Green Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a plain-tile roof with brick ridge and end stacks. The building has a three-unit plan and is two stories high with a three-window range. There is a panelled part-glazed door located to the left of center, which has a wooden lintel above it. The ground floor includes a 20-pane sash window on the far left and sash windows on either side of the door, while the far right has a pair of 3-light casement windows. The first floor features low 8-pane sashes, all of which are topped with wooden lintels. The gables are capped with ironstone and have kneelers, and there is a course of brick at the eaves. To the right, there is a two-storey, four-window extension that has 20th-century casements and concrete lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
