Description

The eastern boundary wall to the grounds of Milton Ernest Hall was built by local craftsmen in the 1920s and 1930s, following a design by Sir Albert Richardson. The exterior face features roughly finished small ashlar blocks, while the interior face is made of part common bricks. At the top, there is a moulded coping. The wall includes square piers with stepped tops at the gate entrances, with the southern pier being added in the 1970s. This wall is included for its group value.
