This is a house built in 1859 by the architect William Butterfield. It is constructed of red brick with decorative patterns made of blue brick on the upper floor. The roof is tiled, with two half-hipped gables on each side. The windows are casement windows with glazing bars, set beneath curved arches. A lean-to porch with decorated detailing provides access to the front door.
