C17 and C18 house. Coursed limestone rubble and timber-framed east gable, new tile roof. L-plan. Two storeys. Elevation to Radwell Road has two first floor casements with glazing bars, and two similar on the ground floor, with a third having a side sliding sash. Elevation to River Lane has three casements with glazing bars and modern brick buttress.
