Description
This is a substantial farmhouse, dating from 1670, with a gable end facing the street. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and has a modern tile roof. The house originally comprised three rooms, with a back-to-back hearth serving the second two rooms from the road, and a front door positioned opposite its side. It has two storeys and attics. The gable end features three three-light casement windows with moulded lintels, while the other windows are generally three-light. A datestone bearing the initials RTM and the date 1670 is found on the central stack.
