Description

No. 55 on Main Road is an 18th-century cottage constructed with colourwashed plaster over limestone rubble. It features a thatched roof and brick gable end stacks, with the northern stack projecting and the southern stack being integral to the structure. The cottage has a two-room plan and is one storey high with attics. There is an eyebrow dormer above the central front door, and three casement windows are present on the facade.
