Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the south side of Main Road in Biddernham. It is constructed with a timber frame and colourwashed plaster, featuring a limestone rubble chimney on the south side and a thatched roof. The cottage originally comprised two rooms, with gable-end stacks. A distinctive eyebrow dormer window is present, featuring a three-light casement. The ground floor has two casement windows, and a central planked front door is accessed via a modern porch.
