Description
The Old Vicarage is a former vicarage with origins likely dating back to the 18th century, which was re-fenestrated in the mid-19th century. The building is constructed from limestone rubble and features a hipped slated roof. It stands two storeys tall, with the front elevation displaying three windows on each floor. These windows are sashes with glazing bars set in moulded flush frames. The central double front door is half glazed and is framed by an architrave with a flat cut bracketed hood above it. The stonework on the front elevation includes three relieving arches over timber bressumers, indicating the positions of former windows. To the left of the main structure is a two-storey block from the late 19th century, also made of limestone and topped with a slate roof. The right-hand elevation is rendered. There is one hipped dormer on each side of the main roof.
