No. 26 on High Street is an 18th-century cottage that features a timber frame with roughcast rendering. It has a thatched roof with gault brick stacks at each end. The cottage is two storeys tall, with three modern casement windows on the first floor that are flush with the eaves, and two additional casement windows on either side of a modern door at ground level. The roof has been raised at the rear.
