Description

This is a 17th-century house located on Green End Road, in the rural area of Kempston. The house has been altered in the 20th century. It is timber-framed and now rendered with a colour-washed cement finish. The roof is of clay tiles, with a half-hipped design. The house is two storeys high. There are three casement windows on the first floor, with glazing bars. Two ground-floor casement windows retain glazing bars, and a 20th-century porch is located on the left-hand side. A single-storey, flat-roofed extension, also from the 20th century, is attached to the right-hand side.
