Description

The Den is an 18th-century house located next to No. 1 Bridgend. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and has a concrete tile roof. The building features a three-room plan and stands two storeys high. The off-centre ridge stack has been rebuilt using 20th-century bricks, and there is also a stack on the south gable end. The first floor includes three 2-light leaded casements, while the ground floor has three 3-light leaded casements beneath timber lintels, along with a blocked opening aligned with the ridge stack. To the right of the ground floor is a doorway that is topped by a gabled timber porch.
