Description

No. 28 High Street is an 18th-century house constructed from coursed limestone rubble with a thatched roof. The building has a three-bay plan and features gable end chimney stacks, along with one ridge stack located on the north side of the central bay. It stands two storeys tall. On the east elevation, the first floor has three 3-light leaded casement windows, while the ground floor has three similar windows, with the central window being a 2-light version. To the south of the central window, there is a doorway that is topped by a pent-roofed bracketed doorhood.
