Description

No. 32 Twildo is a 17th-century house located on the west side of High Street in Carlton and Chellington. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof with an L-plan layout. The main wing, which has two bays, faces the road, while a lower one-bay wing at the rear faces the roadway. There are red brick chimney stacks on the east, west, and north gable ends. The house is one storey with attics. On the south elevation, there is one dormer window at the eaves level. The ground floor includes two three-light casement windows with glazing bars and a central doorway. There is a 20th-century extension at the west end of the house.
