Description

Jetty Cottage is a 17th-century house located in Podington Hinwick village, adjoining the rear of Slade House. The construction uses coursed limestone rubble, topped with a concrete tile roof and stone gable coping. The cottage is two storeys high. The first floor has two casement windows with glazing bars. A projecting string course runs at cill level. On the ground floor are one 2-light casement window and a slightly projecting 3-light bow window, both likely replacements. A gabled stone porch features stone gable coping and a finial.
