Description
Dockray Cottage is a 17th-century building constructed from white-washed stone rubble, topped with a flag roof, and features two low storeys. The cottage has a low gabled porch that includes inner slate benches. On the ground floor, there are three small-paned horizontal sliding sash windows, while the upper floor has three small modern casement windows. A slate dripstone runs over the entire ground floor. The left end of the building has a chimney that partly projects on rough-hewn brackets, and the left wall is built using a dry slate technique. There is a low single-storeyed extension to the right with a modern casement window, and a low rear wing that includes a new round chimney.
