It features limewashed rubble walls and a graduated greenslate roof, with stone-rendered chimney stacks located at the ridge to the left and at the eaves to the right. The cottage is two storeys high and has a six-panelled door situated beneath a stone-built gabled porch, which has a slate roof and side benches. To the left of the door, there are two 20th-century casement windows, and to the right, there is one 19th-century sash window. Above, there are three casement windows, all of which include glazing bars.
