Hoo Farmhouse is a 17th-century L-plan house, featuring an angle filled by a later gabled wing. The structure is timber-framed with red brick nogging and has an old clay tile roof. It includes 20th-century casement windows and 20th-century red brick gabled porches on the north and south elevations.
