Description
Faulkner's Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century or early 18th century. It was heightened in the early 20th century and altered in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and heightened with red brick, topped with a Welsh slate roof. It has an L-shaped plan, with stone gable coping on the west wing. This wing features a red brick chimney stack on the rear east wall. The east wing has a chimney stack at the east gable end and another at the west end ridge. Both wings are two bays in length, and the entire building is two storeys high. The windows are arranged in an irregular pattern, primarily consisting of two and three-light casements with glazing bars.
