Description
14 and 15 Bridge Street are a pair of shops located in Stourport on Severn, built around 1800 as a single development. The buildings are constructed of brick and feature a plain tiled roof. They stand three stories tall and have three bays, with a central chimney positioned behind blind window openings. On either side of these openings are 12-pane sash windows, while the attic has 6-pane windows, all with cambered heads on the left side. No. 15 has renewed casements on the right. The shop front of no. 14 is new, whereas no. 15 retains an early 20th-century front, which includes a central doorway and flanking windows divided into two panes by a slim central mullion. The buildings also have dentilled eaves. The elevation facing Raven Street features two parallel hipped-roofed wings, a central six-panelled door, and blind windows with cambered brick heads.
