Description

No. 11, Bridge Street is a late 18th-century restaurant, originally a dwelling. It is constructed of brick with a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and originally comprised three bays, with a narrower bay above a passage. The central entrance features a six-panelled door within a steeply pedimented surround, incorporating fluted shafts and panelled rebates. The ground floor windows are 12-pane sashes with flat-arched, gauged brick heads, which have been reinstated. An eaves cornice runs along the top of the building, and there is a gable end stack.
