Description

Park Lodge Flats, now comprising numbers 1 to 6, is an early 18th-century house that has undergone alterations in the early 19th century and more recently in the late 20th century. It is constructed of brick with a tile roof and has gable end stacks. The building is three storeys high and features a stone-coped parapet and verges. There are three windows on the front, with a further three windows in an early 19th-century bow that extends through all three storeys. The windows have glazing bar sashes; those on the left are set within rubbed brick heads, while those on the right are topped with stone wedge lintels. The second floor windows are similar to those on the first floor. The ground floor has two windows on the left and three on the right. The entrance, situated in the position of the right-hand window, has a leaded hipped roof canopy, a wooden architrave, and a half-glazed door.
