Description

Numbers 2 (Cartersville) and Number 3 are two houses dating to the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the late 20th century. They are constructed of brick with a concrete tile roof. The houses have two storeys and feature a stepped brick cornice. Each house has two windows, with 3-light casements set under segmental arches. The ground floor windows are similar. A 20th-century lean-to canopy supported by wooden posts shelters the entrance to Number 3, which is located on the left corner. Number 2 has a similar 20th-century tiled canopy on wooden brackets covering a 20th-century boarded door, centrally positioned between the windows. The houses are attached to Number 4.
