Description

This is an early 19th century cottage located on the west side of Merstow Green. It is a modest brick building of two storeys. The front facade features two sash windows, each with a segmental arch above. A plain doorway leads to a ledged door. The roof is tiled, with dog-tooth detailing along the eaves. The cottage was unoccupied in 1976, and it is included in the listing primarily for its group value alongside numbers 41 to 43.
