Description
The Meeting Room, formerly known as Bridge Street Hall, is a disused building located on Bridge Street in Pershore. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and was originally a warehouse before being converted into a meeting room. The structure is primarily constructed of red brick with mixed bonds and features a plain tile roof with brick dentilled eaves and a central ridge stack.
The building is two storeys tall and has a four-window range. On the right side, there are two 12-pane casements with projecting sills, while the left side has two bricked-up windows. The ground floor includes four segmental-arched windows, with the central window bricked up and the others boarded up, all featuring projecting sills. To the left of the centre, there is a doorcase with a wooden architrave, panelled reveals, a leaded hood, and a two-panel door. At the rear, there are additional 12-pane casements, sashes, and a hoist opening. The interior has not been inspected. The building creates a long, low profile that contributes to a continuous frontage on Bridge Street, situated between adjacent houses.
