Description

The Passionist Residence is a mid-19th century house located on Leamington Road in Broadway. It is constructed from squared limestone and features a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The ground floor windows are mullioned, rebated, and chamfered, consisting of three lights, except for the left-hand window, which has four lights. These ground floor openings are linked by a continuous hood. The first floor windows have hoods and extend upwards into dormer gables that are topped with copings and openwork finials. The door, situated between the bays, has a moulded surround with a Tudor arch. Above the door, on the first floor, there is a blank heart-shaped plaque. The gables are coped and feature chimneys with paired diagonal shafts.
