Description

This well, located about 10 metres south of The Old School House, dates from the 1870s. It is timber-framed and features a shingle roof. The roof is supported by open-fronted framed sides that hold a winch with a chain, and there is a plank covering over the mouth of the well. This structure is a notable example of an ornamental well, positioned near The Old School House.
