HANBURY CP SO 96 SE Railings and gates about 4/55 15 yards west of the Church of St Mary the Virgin GV II

Railings and gates. Late C18. Cast iron, on chamfered sandstone ashlar base. Railings are approximately 30 yards long and are alternately spearheaded and crescent-headed and have standards with urn finials. At each end are a pair of gates with ornate detailing, square openwork piers and, on the inner side of each gateway, an additional single gate swinging outwards within a curved branch of the main railings.
