Description

Charlton Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of brick, featuring a low-pitched slate roof and two stacks at the rear. The building stands three storeys high and has a dentilled brick cornice. It is adorned with three windows that are glazing bar sashes set beneath plastered heads with keystones. The second floor has 9-pane sashes. The central entrance is highlighted by a swept lead canopy, which is supported by decorative cast iron work. The entrance door is a six raised and fielded panel door, with the upper two panels being glazed, and it is topped by a radially glazed fanlight.
