Description

This outbuilding, located approximately 10 metres south of East House, dates from around 1900 and is possibly designed by A N Prentice. It is constructed of squared limestone and features a pyramidal stone slate roof with a finial, presenting a square plan. The south and west walls have 3-light chamfered windows. Adjoining the outbuilding is a garden wall that is coped and embattled, with each merlon featuring a chamfered slit opening. This structure is included for its group value.
