Framing: two and three irregularly sized panels from sill to wall-plate and long straight braces in lower corners of outer bays. South front elevations: windows are C20 casements. There are six 2-light windows, a 3-light and a single-light window on the ground floor and two 3-light windows, three 2-light windows and a single-light window on the first floor. There is a continuous rear lean-to C20 addition at the rear which incorporates a glazed porch leading to the main entrance which has a glazed door.
