Description

This is a mid-to-late 18th century house, part of a group of three buildings. It is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern. The roof is tiled, with a hip on the right side and painted brick dentil eaves, and brick stacks located at the rear wing and on the left side (shared with the adjacent property).

The house has two storeys and a cellar, featuring a single-window front. There is a lean-to outshut on the right, and a rear wing. The windows are 6/6 sashes with painted channelled voussoirs, keystones, and sills. A 20th-century door is set within an inserted doorcase on the right side of the facade. A painted brick plinth with a cellar grille is visible on the left. Two 8/8 sashes are present on the first floor of the return.

The interior of the house was not inspected during the listing process.
