Description

The building is a former schoolroom dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, constructed of blue lias stone that was previously rendered, and features a plain tile roof with a ridge stack. It is a single storey with an attic. The east front has three pointed head windows with brick surrounds, Y-tracery mullions, and two of the windows still have leaded lights. There is a cambered head doorway, a three-light pointed window on the north end, and two blank pointed head openings on the west wall. The south end has been altered for use as a garage, and there is a small 19th-century extension on the east side that is of no particular interest. The building is listed for its group value.
