School house, now house. Mid C19. Uncoursed stone with plain tile roof. 1½ storeys. Stone-coped gables. Red brick ridge stack slightly off-centre to left. 2-light stone mullion window within each gable. Ground floor has one 2-light stone mullion window either side of door and a single chamfered light to right. Ribbed door in stone architrave beneath stack. Interior not inspected. Listed for group value.
