Description
Frostland Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 18th century or earlier, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick, while the first floor features painted tile-hanging. The right gable end is also made of painted brick. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has a hipped shape. The building is likely designed with a lobby entry plan and stands two storeys tall on a painted brick plinth. There is a brick chimney stack located slightly off-centre to the right on the front slope of the roof. The front of the house has a regular arrangement of two windows, each with three-light casements. The entrance features a boarded door with three square lights, which is sheltered by a flat bracketed hood that is positioned beneath the chimney stack. At the rear, there is a lean-to structure. The interior has not been inspected.
