Nos 20 and 22 on High Street are late 16th-century buildings featuring a timber frame and whitened brick. They stand two storeys tall and have two early 19th-century 16-pane sash windows, along with two early 19th-century moulded wood doorcases. The buildings also have later shop fronts with bars and a slate roof. They are part of a cohesive group of listed buildings on the south side of High Street, from Nos 2 to 24 (even).
