Description

Tenby House is a late 18th-century building located at 1054 High Street on the north side. It is constructed of painted brick and features two storeys with attics. The façade includes five 12-pane sash windows, each adorned with moulded keyblocks and sills. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wood cornice hood doorcase, which has panelled soffits and a barred rectangular fanlight above it. There are also two modern shop windows incorporated into the design. The building has a brick modillion eaves course and a new tile roof with gable ends. Nos 27 to 35 (odd) form a group with this property.
