II Industrial building, originally a drawing office. c1925, by Leslie Mansfield for Gordon Russell. Coursed rubble, with projecting concrete ring beam and hipped plain tile roof. Rectangular plan on a curved footprint. Windows are original steel framed casements. Single storey plus attics. Fifteen bays. Concave south side has off-centre double door flanked by seven windows to right and five windows to left. At the left end, a single door. Above, three hipped dormers with two-light windows. Convex north side has an off-centre pair of doors, flanked to left by seven windows, and to right by five windows, unequally spaced. Above, two hipped dormers with two-light casements. Each end has three small square windows, and above, a hipped through-eaves dormer with a taking-in door. The door at the west end is converted to a window.

INTERIOR: plain, undivided ground floor, with WCs at west end and separate small room at east end. Plank doors, some with C18-style furniture. Attics have exposed queen post trusses with collars.
