Description
HANBURY CP PUMPHOUSE LANE (south side) SO 96 SE 4/113 Detached kitchen and pig sty about one yard north- west of Pumphouse Farmhouse GV II Detached kitchen and pig sty. Mid-C19. Brick, plain tiled roof with tall brick ridge stack at west end of kitchen. Small rectangular plan aligned east/west with pig sty adjoining west gable end. Single storey with dentilled eaves cornice. Kitchen has 3-light casement in north elevation and entrance in east gable end; both openings have cambered heads. The north elevation of the pig sty has boarding over the openings to each sty. Interior: kitchen retains baking ovens and boiler. Included for group value.
