7/6 Pigsty and store about 8 yards south-east of the dairy wing - of Cummin's Farmhouse

GV II

Outbuilding, now pigsty and store. Mid-C18, altered late C19. Brick, part hand-made, with plain tiled roof. Two storeys with dentilled eaves cornice. Two bays; gable end entrance facing farmhouse has steps with dog kennel in base leading up to ledged and battened door in gable. First floor casements in side elevations and opposing gable end. The ground floor was altered in the late C19 to incorporate 3 pigsties and there are 3, bullnosed edged, round- arched openings in the south-west elevation. Included for group value.
