Description

The Talbot Inn is a public house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a tiled roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and the outer bays are highlighted by two-storey bow windows that contain tripartite sashes. The middle bay has blind recesses on both the first and second floors. The entrance is framed by a doorcase with engaged Tuscan columns and an open pediment. A brick dentil course runs along the eaves, and there are chimneys at the gables.
