House. c1700 with late C19 alterations and additions. Timber-framed with painted brick and rendered in?l1; Welsh slate roof Two framed bays aligned north-east/south-west. Single storey and attic with dormers. Framing: lower row of long rectangular panels and upper row of square panels; long straight brace in left lower corner of south-east elevation; collar and tie-beam truss at south-west gable end with three struts below collar and one in apex. South-east front elevation: two ground floor 2-1ight casements with plank weatherings; two gabled dormers with 2-light casements; central entrance with ledged and battened door and plank weathering. Interior not inspected. A single-bay single-storey C19 addition adjoins south-west gable end with square light and ledged and battened door to south-east front elevation. Lean-to at rear . A C19 addition also adjoins north-east gable end; brick and plain tiled with ridge stack at south- west end; two storeys; single bay; south-east front elevation has a ground and first-floor 2-light casement and a C20 door; door and ground floor window have cambered heads. Attic light in north-east gable end.
