Description

Hill Top Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1820 to 1830. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped slate roof with brick stacks. The building has a square ridge plan and is designed in a Neo-classical style. It stands three storeys tall and has boarded eaves along with a panelled frieze. The façade includes three windows arranged in bays that are defined by plain pilasters. The second floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the first and ground floors have 16-pane sash windows. The central entrance is framed by Greek Doric columns that support a canopy with a dentilled cornice. Below the rectangular fanlight with marginal glazing bars, there is a half-glazed two-leaf door.
