Description

GUARLFORD CP CLEVELODE LANE SO 84 NW 1/95 The Heriots - II

House. C17. Timber-framing and brick with tile roof. One storey with attic. South-west wall of two bays with casement windows. Left-hand bay has window under eaves. Right-hand bay has gabled attic dormer. Doorway at right adjoining cross-wing. This has one window on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The principal posts are exposed and the truss has two collars, with curved struts above the upper collar. Chimney in line with door. Right-hand wall of cross-wing, facing south-east, has exposed framing in square panels, and two gables with attic windows. Exposed framing at rear of this wing. Two further wings against rear wall, the northern one with exposed truss in gable.
