Description

Netherton Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled roof with overhanging bracketed eaves and brick end stacks. The building has two storeys and a basement, with three glazing bar sash windows. The outer windows are 16-pane, all set under flat brick arches. The central bay is slightly recessed and includes a six-panel door with an overlight, situated within a doorcase that has an open pediment. There is a three-bay 20th-century extension on the right side.
