Description

Rosebank Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century. It is timber-framed with brick infill and features a gabled roof covered with old plain tiles. There is a brick external end stack on the right and a late 19th-century brick stack on the left. The cottage has a two-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic, presenting a two-window range. To the left, there is a late 19th-century plank door and a lean-to open porch. The windows are late 19th or early 20th-century two-light casements, including gabled dormers. At the rear left, there is a mid to late 19th-century brick and tile extension. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
