Description

Jasmine Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage range, originally listed as Homeland. It stands as a pair to the North range of Hayes House. The cottage is constructed of painted brick with dentilled eaves and has a modern tile roof with two gabled casement dormers. The front features two cambered arched windows with casements, and a round-headed doorway with a blank head. Rear stacks have been rebuilt, and a modern rear extension is present. The cottage is listed for group value.
